Low ~ Discussions are usually dominated by a few; I don’t actively ensure that quieter individuals are included.
Medium ~ I make an effort to be inclusive, but I’m not always successful in giving everyone a real voice.
High ~ I consistently promote a safe and respectful environment where all participants feel valued and heard.
