I can hardly watch the news anymore but hang on to a belief: 𝑻𝒉𝒆 𝒇𝒖𝒕𝒖𝒓𝒆 𝒊𝒔 𝒏𝒐𝒕 𝒂 𝒑𝒓𝒆𝒅𝒆𝒕𝒆𝒓𝒎𝒊𝒏𝒆𝒅 𝒅𝒆𝒔𝒕𝒊𝒏𝒂𝒕𝒊𝒐𝒏; 𝒊𝒕 𝒊𝒔 𝒂 𝒕𝒂𝒑𝒆𝒔𝒕𝒓𝒚 𝒘𝒐𝒗𝒆𝒏 𝒃𝒚 𝒕𝒉𝒆 𝒕𝒉𝒓𝒆𝒂𝒅𝒔 𝒐𝒇 𝒐𝒖𝒓 𝒄𝒐𝒍𝒍𝒆𝒄𝒕𝒊𝒗𝒆 𝒂𝒄𝒕𝒊𝒐𝒏𝒔, 𝒔𝒕𝒂𝒓𝒕𝒊𝒏𝒈 𝒓𝒊𝒈𝒉𝒕 𝒏𝒐𝒘. I've spent a working lifetime trying to be a transformational leader and I know so many out there who are doing the same. Let's see more of these people in the positions of power,
