This workbook helps you manage stress and focus on what matters. It's divided into five sections:

Understanding and Acknowledging Stress: This section guides you in reflecting on your current stress levels and identifying contributors using the "Stress Bucket Exercise." It also optionally explores how your body reacts to stress.

Gaining Perspective and Control: This section introduces tools like the "Circles of Control, Influence, and Concern" to help you categorize stressors and the "Eisenhower Matrix" to prioritize tasks based on urgency and importance.

Identifying What Matters Most: This section encourages you to explore your core values and define your purpose and meaning in life, including using the concept of "Ikigai."

Shifting to a Positive and Confident Mindset: This section focuses on identifying your strengths, reframing limiting beliefs, visualizing success, and adopting a growth mindset. It also offers an optional exercise on moving from the "Drama Triangle" to the "Winner's Triangle."

Taking Action and Moving Forward: This final section helps you set meaningful goals using the "GROW model," prioritize actions, build resilience (including stress management strategies, gratitude, and the PERMA model), and establish accountability and support. It concludes with an emphasis on reflection and celebration of progress.
