The "Connector" is the aspect of change-maker leadership focused on building relationships, fostering collaboration, and weaving together diverse individuals and groups. Change rarely happens in isolation; it requires building a collective and getting others on the same page. Connectors are boundary spanners, network weavers, and interstitionaries who bridge gaps between different parts of a system.
